Job Description:
A clinical affiliation between Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP)and Anna Jaques Hospital (AJH) brings state-of-the-art cancer care to the greater Newburyport community. Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) the multi-specialty community group practice of BIDMC will employ a full-time Hematologist/Oncologist, who will report to the Medical Director of the Cancer Center at Anna Jaques Hospital. Clinical growth and network expansion have created this opportunity for a talented Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) at Anna Jaques Hospital. Candidates should be board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology and licensed in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will build a clinical practice in community hematology/oncology.

Pay Range:
$300,000 - $700,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
