Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Design team to • ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion. • Plan, assign, • and monitor daily tasks, workloads, and project timelines for team members. • • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill • development initiatives for the design team. • Ensure adherence to brand • guidelines, design standards, and quality expectations across all creative • outputs. • Collaborate with management, marketing, and e-commerce teams to • align creative strategies with business objectives. • Responsible for overseeing • daily e-commerce operations, including product catalog updates and content • management. • Supervise product listing, updating, and uploading of product • dataspecifications across marketplaces and websites. • Oversee product • images and content on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, • Flipkart, and other online platforms. • Ensure large online product catalogs are • maintained accurately and efficiently. • Monitor account health, listing quality, • and compliance with marketplace requirements. • Identify and implement • process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices for catalog • creation and management. • Review and approve creative assets including • advertisements, banners, videos, social media content, and marketing • materials. • Perform quality assurance on team deliverables and ensure • consistency across all design projects. • Lead the development of original • design concepts, layouts, and creative campaigns. • Coordinate multiple time • Sensitive projects and manage ad-hoc requests effectively. • Assemble and • oversee the creation of static and animated banners for digital advertising. • • Keep the team updated on new design techniques, technologies, and industry • trends
