Mechanical Engineering College Co-Op

Job Description Summary

As an Engineering College Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.

Job Description:

• Conducts time studies and cycle time checks.
• Creates performance-based reports
• Conducts delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assists Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
