We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help lead our MECCA Hornsby store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience 

• Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team, creating a culture of high performance and exceptional customer experience

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPIs while bringing MECCA's values to life

What success looks like in this role:

• Experience leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong commercial acumen, with confidence driving sales performance and operational excellence

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments. 

• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development

• A genuine passion for developing people and creating an exception team member experience
