Key Responsibilities

·   Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound material flows for raw materials, finished goods, reclaimed materials and subcontracted materials.

·   Process routine material and inventory transactions in the company ERP system, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, returns and inventory adjustments as required.

·   Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between physical stock and system records.

·   Plan, perform and document monthly and quarterly cycle counting, and support periodic physical inventory activities as required.

·   Manage raw material and finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, identification, picking, issuance, stock verification, FIFO control and lot/batch traceability.

·   Monitor material availability and coordinate material flow to support production requirements and customer delivery schedules.

·   Support outbound shipment preparation, delivery-related documentation and related system transactions for customer shipments.

·   Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, the Seoul office, global headquarters, suppliers, subcontractors and customers regarding materials, inventory and delivery issues.

·   Communicate with overseas stakeholders, suppliers and related parties by email when necessary, and understand English work instructions, procedures and materials/logistics terminology.

·   Support continuous improvement of materials management, inventory accuracy, warehouse controls and related operating procedures.

·   As production volume grows and additional support is added, provide work direction, training and supervision to a Material Handler or Logistics Worker while continuing hands-on operational responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

·   Associate degree or higher; no specific major required.

·   Relevant experience as a specialist or equivalent hands-on professional in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations or manufacturing logistics.

·   Experience using an ERP system for materials, inventory or warehouse-related transactions; candidates with experience in comparable ERP systems are welcome to apply.

·   Experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.

·   Ability to work independently and take ownership of the materials and inventory function in a small plant organization.

·   Basic English capability sufficient to send and receive work-related emails, understand English work instructions and procedures, and understand common ERP, logistics and materials-related terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

·   Experience with sputtering target products or materials.

·   Experience managing raw material and/or finished goods inventory in a manufacturing environment.

·   Experience with SAP MM or another ERP materials/inventory module in a manufacturing environment.

·   Experience coordinating customer returns, reclaim materials or subcontracting processes.

·   Experience coordinating import/export and customs clearance activities with customs brokers and logistics service providers.
