ICON is seeking a Material Coordinator to work in a team environment to support all production inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, kitting, and ERP systems transactions and work orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow inventory management processes and procedures
- Process incoming material from deliveries. Inspecting for kind, count, and condition.
- Support communicating and stocking material in appropriate warehouse locations ensuring all items are effectively identified, protected, and owners are notified.
- Track, transact, and monitor materials inbound, outbound, cycle counting, POs and work orders in Netsuite.
- Work with warehouse management to optimize part of the warehouse for picking.
- Relocation of material with the facility and ERP system as change to layout arises.
- Support implementation of inventory management business software system
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing warehouse or inventory management environment. Communicate with supervisors and Team leads to determine material requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to remain on feet for extended time periods.
- Have a detail oriented mindset to ensure part count accuracy.
- ERP / MRP experience
