Technical Solution Architect, acting as the technical conscience of the project. This experienced data and IT specialist knows the Adobe ecosystem under the hood and has successfully navigated previous migration projects. The architect designs the data architecture, sets up tracking (such as Web and App SDK), and ensures seamless integration with our existing IT systems. Additionally, they will map out the technical roadmap, oversee the sequence of the rollout, and safeguard data quality throughout the entire migration process.

Job Description:

To strengthen our Martech practice, we are looking for a Martech Solution Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform.

In this role, you act as the technical lead on customer transformation and implementation programs. You combine strong architectural capabilities with hands-on experience in Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer to translate business ambitions into scalable, future-proof solutions.

You are the technical conscience of the project and responsible for defining solution architecture, data models, identity strategy, integrations, tracking approaches, and implementation roadmaps. You work closely with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption of Adobe Experience Platform and the delivery of measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end solutions on Adobe Experience Platform, with a focus on RTCDP and AJO.

• Define data architecture, identity strategy, audience models, and activation approaches.

• Design and oversee Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and event tracking implementations.

• Define integration patterns between Adobe and enterprise platforms, data platforms, and customer-facing systems.

• Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture discussions.

• Guide implementation teams and safeguard architectural quality throughout delivery.

• Define technical roadmaps and migration approaches for customer transformation programs.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Adobe Experience Platform.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Solid architectural background in customer data, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems.

• Experience defining data models, identity strategies, and activation frameworks.

• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong consulting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale CDP, personalization, or marketing transformation programs.

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and related Adobe solutions.

• Adobe certifications.
