What You’ll Do:

• Lead the MarTech team of marketing automation and UX professionals, setting goals and providing guidance and mentorship to team members to develop and execute a comprehensive tech stack roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute Wintrust’s website strategy to support business goals by partnering with Digital Banking and Social Media teams to create a cohesive digital user experience.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy and monitor and enhance online user experience.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Data, and Product teams to operationalize predictive models (e.g., next best action, consumer segmentation), leveraging analytics tools for informed decision-making and data-driven marketing programs.
• Manage external vendor and platform relationships, evaluate new technologies and partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience overseeing enterprise marketing technology solutions and development and delivery of website strategy.
• Knowledge related to digital banking and financial services preferred.
• Expertise in CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic thinking and turn ideas into actions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading people, talent development, team building and contributing to an overall growth culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and prioritize appropriately.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $ 98,000- $132,000.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
