Marketplace is a new organization at Collectors, including PSA Exchange and eBay consignment. We’re looking for a generalist with high business acumen to join our team as a Senior Marketplace Strategy & Business Operations Manager. You’ll oversee day-to-day functions and strategic project delivery for the PSA Exchange business with significant individual ownership in close partnership with marketplace leadership.This is a high growth potential role, with a variety of pathways for advancement.

You’ll report to the Director, Marketplace and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage operational functions key to the day-to-day running of the business
• Draw insights from operational and performance data to inform our strategic priorities, identify issues, and improve how we run our business
• Enable our next phase of growth by building scalable systems to replace manual processes
• Execute larger scale business transformation projects from start to finish in a highly organized fashion
• Advocate for the PSA Exchange business in cross-functional forums
• Leverage AI and other tools to build automation into our processes wherever possible

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce strategy or business operations OR 3-5 years in investment banking or management consulting
• Generalist approach with a willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects with an owner mentality
• Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong internal sense of urgency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $139,000-$183,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
