Sobre esta vaga de Marketing Tech Specialist na Dodge Construction Network
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a hands-on Marketing Technology Specialist to administer our marketing technology stack, own the integrations that connect it to Salesforce, and deliver clean, accurate lists for marketing and sales outreach. This role is critical to reliable campaign execution, trustworthy data, and scalable growth.
You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to build, connect, and maintain the systems that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance, and you’ll partner closely with our Marketing Operations Analyst, who relies on the data and tracking you manage.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Director, GTM Systems and Tools.
Preferred Location
This role is based in Kochi, India. Given the need for real-time collaboration with Dodge's US-based GTM team, candidates should be comfortable working hours that overlap with US Eastern time zone, generally 5:30pm - 2:30AM IST.
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is 10% for this role.
Essential Functions
- Own list creation and list management for marketing and sales: intake and scope list requests, then build, pull, and deliver targeted lists for campaigns, events, and sales outreach (including Salesloft cadences) using Salesforce, Pardot, and other data sources
- Clean, deduplicate, standardize, and enrich lists and database records; manage list imports with field validation, suppression, and opt-out compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
- Maintain Pardot lists, segments, and suppression lists, and Salesforce campaign membership, so lists stay accurate and reusable
- Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Unbounce, CallRail, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, covering configuration, user access, and ongoing maintenance
- Own the Pardot–Salesforce connector and other platform integrations, including field mappings, sync rules, and data flow; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve sync errors and integration gaps
- Lead implementation of new marketing technologies and integrations, from requirements and vendor/IT coordination through testing, rollout, and user training
- Build and QA Pardot assets in partnership with demand generation, including emails, forms, form handlers, landing pages, automation rules, and Engagement Studio programs
- Implement tagging and tracking (GTM tags, UTM standards, conversion events) that support reporting and attribution
- Document system configurations, integration maps, data definitions, and SOPs for list requests and campaign builds
- Stay current on MarTech trends, tools, and best practices to advise on new capabilities and drive innovation
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- 3+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or CRM/database administration roles
- Hands-on Pardot (Account Engagement) administration, including the Salesforce connector, automation rules, Engagement Studio, forms and form handlers, and scoring/grading setup

- Proficiency in Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, CallRail, and Hive
- Proven experience with list management and data hygiene (deduplication, normalization, import/export, suppression) and strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and text functions
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting integrations using native connectors, middleware, APIs, or webhooks
- Understanding of email deliverability and privacy compliance requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and project management skills—comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutions
- Clear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usage
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Salesforce Administrator or Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist/Consultant certification
- Experience with data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, deduplication tools, or enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- JavaScript experience, particularly for tracking, tagging, and form or integration customization
- Experience with Salesloft or another sales engagement platform (e.g., Outreach)
- Experience with integration or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato), HTML/CSS, or SQL
- Experience using AI or Large Language Model (LLM) tools to improve workflows, analysis, or automation
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
