About The Role:
Swayable is looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Manager to help grow our awareness and demand among leading brands and agencies. Events will be a big part of this role – including Cannes, Possible, CES, AWNY, etc. You'll own everything from industry conferences and executive dinners to webinars and strategic partnerships, creating memorable experiences that build relationships and generate business opportunities. We're looking for a builder who loves creating experiences, and understands that great marketing should drive measurable business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Events: Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Swayable's events, sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners, and industry activations.
- Demand Generation: Partner with sales to drive attendance, engage senior brand and agency decision-makers, and turn events into qualified pipeline.
- Brand Awareness: Identify creative, cost-effective opportunities to increase Swayable's visibility through partnerships, speaking opportunities, and industry initiatives.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external partners, negotiate contracts, and maximize the impact of our marketing investments.
- Website & Marketing Operations: Oversee website maintenance, coordinate content updates, and support campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Support broader brand initiatives and help ensure consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated experience developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns, and a strong focus on events.
- Experience marketing to brands and agencies, ideally in advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology.
- Experience planning and executing events, webinars, and brand marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects, aligning on clear deliverables and deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
- An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
