VirtuHire is looking for a mid-to-senior level Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help grow our brand, online presence and client pipeline.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing strategy while also executing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and understand how to use marketing to generate awareness, leads and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute VirtuHire's overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and grow VirtuHire's LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok presence.
• Manage and improve VirtuHire website, including content, SEO and lead generation opportunities.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communications.
• Create engaging content including written content, short-form video and thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities to generate new clients and inbound leads through digital marketing.
• Explore and develop podcast, video and other content opportunities for VirtuHire.
• Identify relevant PR agencies, publications, podcasts and industry partnerships in the UK and US.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Stay up to date with new marketing platforms, trends, AI tools and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-growing, B2B, technology, recruitment, professional services or similar environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy.
• Strong hands-on experience across social media, content and digital marketing.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience using marketing to support lead generation and business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Commercially minded, creative and highly proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function.
• Experience with PR, podcasts, influencer marketing or media relations would be advantageous.
• Experience using AI and marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
