Job Overview:

The Marketing Consultant will play a key role in advancing the evolution and visibility of LPL Research through integrated content, social media, thought leadership, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Working in alignment with the AVP, Product Marketing, this role will help shape and execute the overall Research marketing strategy, strengthening LPL Research's position as a leading source of market insights and investment guidance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can translate complex market perspectives into compelling content, manage a robust social media presence, and partner closely with Research analysts and business leaders to drive engagement across advisor, investor, and industry audiences.

Responsibilities:

· Support the ongoing evolution and positioning of the LPL Research brand through strategic marketing and communications initiatives.

· Lead social media strategy, content development, and performance optimization for LPL Research thought leadership.

· Partner with Research analysts to develop content across articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, presentations, email campaigns, and digital channels.

· Support flagship initiatives, including annual and midyear outlooks, market updates, webinars, and advisor education programs.

· Collaborate with digital, PR, creative, and business stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

· Measure content and campaign performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, social media, or financial services marketing.

Core Competencies:

· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Works well in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

· Resourceful with the ability to work autonomously but also contribute and work well on teams, collaborative, enthusiastic and positive attitude

Preferences:

· Experience developing social media, financial services marketing and thought leadership strategies.

· Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.

· Experience with content platforms and other tools for marketing.

· Experience using AI Tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or other related fields.
