Functional Responsibilities and Duties

• Together with the requestor, design and consult on the scope of projects and types of deliverables based on project objectives and marketing strategy.

• Co-write or prepare briefs.

• In collaboration with the line manager, closely review and challenge the inputs and feedback from the project team, as well as the creative outputs, to ensure that marketing communications meet the objectives defined in the briefs.

• Divide assignments and allocate them by discipline to colleagues for development.

• Ensure deliverables are delivered within deadlines, are of adequate quality and in accordance with Brand Guidelines.

• Ensure effective and timely communication between teams and communicate project expectations

• Adapt quickly to changing work circumstances and support others to accept change.

• Encourage, recognize and incorporate diverse points of view and promote mutual understanding.

• Prioritize tasks according to approved global marketing priorities. Consult with direct supervisor in case of conflicting priorities.

• Monitor the use of resources (time, finance) within assigned projects.

• Issue purchase orders, communicate with the finance department and suppliers.

• Work independently on medium to large projects, with minimal support from senior colleagues or line manager.

• Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee

Requirements

• Masters degree , Preferred fields: Marketing Communication, Business Administration, Sociology is preferred, but not obligatory

• Optimum: 5 years of previous experience in multi-discipline marketing

• MS Office, Outlook - advanced; Adobe Reader/Acrobat DC - advanced

• Experiences with collaborations tools (e.g. Jira, Slack, Asana, Easy Projects etc.)

• Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, techniques & principles, in online and offline

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

• Advanced time management - managing own time as well as others

• Advanced grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension in English language (B2)

• Advanced negotiation and relationship management

• Able to share and translate complex information effectively to all levels both within and outside the organization.

This position is a maternity leave cover.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2100 EUR

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
