The KBR Opportunity

Based out of our Sydney office, we are looking for a Market Sector Manager to further build our presence across various water clients.  Working closely with our operations team in delivering the work your role will be focused on 5 main areas. 

• Devising and implementing a strategy focused on growing our water business and people capability
• Commercial management of projects, people, business forecasts and future workloads
• Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships as well as developing new client connections.
• Ensuring project delivery and commercial milestones are met and exceed customer expectations

What you will need to succeed  

• It’s likely you will come from a civil engineering background enabling you to provide advice and understanding to your customers
• Experience of working with a consulting environment would be highly desired.
• You will be strategic, client facing, and understand the drivers behind a successful business
• You will be an authentic and collaborative leader who leads from the front.
• You will have superb people skills with the ability to influence and build an inclusive environment where people are valued and develop people in line with their aspirations
• You aren’t afraid to innovate, challenging the norm and contribute to the success of the wider group.
