Manufacturing Specialist – Production & Engineeringは、安全に、品質の良い製品を、お客様の納期通りに出荷できるよう生産することを目的に、外科用Cアーム型イメージング装置の立ち上げ、量産生産に関わる業務を行います。
将来的には超音波プローブ、CT検出器の製造部門、生産管理、製造技術、EHSなど製造本部内の各チームへの配属もあり、様々な知識と経験を身に付けていただきます。

Job Description

新規ライン立ち上げ時の生産設備・治具の導入、品質システム（QMS）対応業務と、製造ラインリーダーとして、安定生産・安定出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献
*　新製品向け検査機・生産設備の導入

*　治具、設備、製造プロセスの開発・評価・改善

*　各種作業手順書やQMSに基づく各種文書の作成・改訂

*　設備導入に伴う申請・変更管理対応

*　製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
*　製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
*　製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
*　品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
*　製造記録の正確な作成と管理
*　安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
*   関連部門（設計、エンジニアリング等）との連携

*   量産体制時には日勤と夜勤のシフト勤務になる可能性があります

【応募資格】

* 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
* 製造現場での実務経験2年以上
* 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
* 品質管理に関する基本的な知識
* 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
* 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）
* 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
* （望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力
