Job Description Summary

본 직무는 제조 현장의 생산성 향상과 효율적인 공정 운영을 위해 필수적인 Tool, Jig/Fixture의 제작 및 관리를 담당합니다. 현장의 5S 점검과 현장 관리자 인터뷰를 통해 개선 요구사항을 선제적으로 파악하며, 3D 프린터를 활용한 Pilot 제품 제작 및 카이젠(Kaizen) 목업 지원을 통해 공정 혁신을 주도하고 체계적이고 안정적인 현장 지원 환경을 구축합니다.
This role is responsible for the design, fabrication, and maintenance of essential Tools, Jigs, and Fixtures to enhance manufacturing productivity. You will identify improvement opportunities through 5S audits and shop floor manager interviews, and drive process innovation by supporting Pilot product fabrication via 3D printing and Kaizen mock-up projects. You will also maintain a structured and efficient support environment through organized daily/weekly work schedules.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• 현장 운영 및 5S 관리 (Shop Floor Operations & 5S Management):
• 현장 5S 점검을 주도하고 표준 준수 여부를 상시 모니터링하여 안전하고 효율적인 작업 환경 유지. / Lead 5S audits and monitor standard compliance to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• 현장 관리자 인터뷰를 정기적으로 실시하여 생산 현장의 애로사항을 수집하고 공정 개선 과제를 도출. / Conduct regular interviews with shop floor managers to identify pain points and derive process improvement tasks.

• Tool & Jig/Fixture 제작 및 지원 (Tool & Jig/Fixture Fabrication & Support):

• 현장의 제작 요청을 체계적으로 접수하여 설계 검토, 제작, 유지보수 전 과정을 관리. / Systematically receive fabrication requests and manage the full cycle of design review, fabrication, and maintenance.

• 3D 프린팅 기술을 활용하여 Pilot 제품 및 공정 보조 Tool을 신속하게 제작하고 공정 효율화 지원. / Utilize 3D printing technology to fabricate Pilot products and auxiliary tools, supporting process efficiency.

• 카이젠(Kaizen) 및 목업 활동 (Kaizen & Mock-up Activities):

• Lean 활동의 일환으로 Kaizen Mock-up 제작을 지원하여 현장 아이디어를 실제 공정에 적용하기 전 시뮬레이션 및 검증. / Support Kaizen mock-up production to simulate and validate on-site ideas before implementation.
• 신제품 및 신공정 도입 시 3D 모델링 및 프린팅 기반의 시제품 제작 지원. / Support 3D printing-based prototype fabrication for new products and processes.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 학력: 전문대 이상 (기계 또는 전기 관련 전공)

Education: Associate degree or higher (Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)

• 기술 역량: CAD/Modeling Tool 활용 가능자, 기본적인 전산 작업(Excel, Word) 가능자

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD or Modeling Tools; basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word)

• 우대 사항: Tool 또는 Jig/Fixture 제작 관련 경력자

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Tool, Jig, or Fixture fabrication

Desired Characteristics

• Communication: 현장 작업자 및 관리자와의 적극적이고 명확한 소통 능력. / Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with shop floor personnel and managers.

• Problem-Solving: 현장 이슈를 근본적으로 파악하고 3D 프린팅 등을 활용하여 실무적인 해결책을 제시하는 능력. / Exceptional ability to analyze on-site issues and provide practical solutions using 3D printing, etc.

• Proactive Mindset: 현장 개선을 위해 스스로 아이디어를 발굴하고 목업 제작을 추진하는 실행력. / Proactive attitude in identifying improvement ideas and executing mock-up projects.
