Responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the required quality standards. The role serves as the technical bridge between product design, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support new product introduction (NPI), continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and operational excellence.
About the job:
- Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues
- Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity projects
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
- Other duties as assigned
About you:
- Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of work experience
- Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA, and SPC;)Six Sigma GB/BB
- Certification is an advantage)
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project timelines and deliverables
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment and provide hands-on line support.
