As a Manager, Surgical Product & Brand Marketing supporting our Surgical Franchise and Commercial Organization, you will be trusted to drive product and brand strategies that accelerate business growth while delivering value to eye care professionals and patients in the Danish market.
You will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will play a key role in translating market insights into impactful marketing initiatives and ensuring strong portfolio performance across the product lifecycle.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and Global Marketing teams to identify market opportunities and address customer needs within the Surgical business.
- Developing and executing product and brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical marketing plans that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Generating customer and market insights through research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interactions to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitoring product performance, forecasting, budgets, and key business metrics while identifying opportunities to optimize portfolio growth and profitability.
- Leading cross-functional brand teams and marketing initiatives to ensure effective execution of local and regional campaigns while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Commercial Marketing, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
