As a Manager - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Hyderabad, you will lead transformative finance function strategy engagements, focusing on operating model redesign, digital finance, and performance optimization. Within our Strategy practice, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation agendas and drive sustained outcomes. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing delivery teams, and translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to activate change and drive outcomes, contributing to business development through proposal development and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

- Leading finance function strategy and transformation engagements across operating model redesign and digital finance initiatives
- Managing client relationships and overseeing delivery teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps
- Collaborating with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation agendas and drive sustained outcomes
- Guiding teams in the execution of finance separation and integration strategies to maximize deal value
- Steering decision forums and facilitating senior stakeholder workshops to align strategic directions
- Developing and implementing AI-first finance transformation initiatives, including automation roadmaps
- Reviewing and validating client deliverables such as executive presentations and transformation roadmaps
- Mentoring teams of Associates and Senior Associates to foster structured problem-solving and capability development
- Contributing to business development through proposal creation and client presentations
- Integrating solutions across strategy, technology, deals, and operations to deliver comprehensive client support

What You Must Have

- At least a Master in Business Administration's/CA degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
