Sobre esta vaga de Manager, Organic Growth & Conversion na Pattern
We are looking for a Manager, Organic Growth & Conversion to lead and evolve Pattern’s organic growth strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO, while turning organic traffic into measurable business impact. You’ll own how Pattern shows up across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms, while partnering with product, UI/UX, content, and web teams to optimize the user experience and drive conversion through structured experimentation. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.
What Is a Day in the Life of a Manager, Organic Growth & Conversion?
-
Own and revitalize Pattern's end to end organic strategy, treating SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), and AEO (answer engine optimization) as one unified system instead of three separate disciplines.
-
Build and evolve how Pattern shows up in AI driven answer engines and generative search experiences (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and beyond) as those surfaces change.
-
Own conversion once organic traffic arrives, partnering with UI/UX and product teams on landing page experience and running structured A/B tests.
-
Coordinate cross functional work across content, web/dev, product, brand, and paid media teams to execute a single, unified organic roadmap, coordinating keyword strategies with content strategy.
-
Build systems and reporting that move the team from one off audits toward repeatable, data informed processes that scale.
-
Use technical and data tooling, including analytics platforms, SEO and testing tools, and AI assisted workflows, to prioritize work and prove impact.
-
Report on performance across the full funnel and translate findings into a strategy leadership can act on.
What Will I Need to Thrive in This Role?
-
5 or more years of experience in SEO, with hands-on exposure to how GEO, AEO, and AI search surfaces are reshaping organic discovery.
-
Strong understanding of technical layer: site architecture, crawlability, core web vitals, and structured data and schema markup.
-
Real experience with CRO and A/B testing, including experimentation design, statistical significance, and turning results into decisions.
-
Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and how design decisions affect both search performance and conversion.
-
Comfort with data, including pulling insights from analytics tools and building or interpreting dashboards with the ability to set targets and forecast organic growth.
-
Expertise with AI tools, both for optimizing for AI driven search and for making your own workflow more efficient.
-
A track record of leading cross functional initiatives, influencing teams you don't directly manage toward a shared goal.
-
Systems thinking, with a default instinct toward how this scales instead of solving the same problem manually every time.
-
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical search and testing concepts for a leadership or generalist audience.
-
Bachelor's degree required.
-
Willingness to work remotely within the US, with occasional travel as needed.
What Will Make Me Stand Out During the Interview Process?
-
A clear point of view on how SEO, GEO, and AEO converge into a single organic strategy rather than three separate workstreams.
-
Specific, measurable outcomes driven through organic and conversion work, not just the work itself.
-
Experience building or managing a testing roadmap or CRO program from scratch.
-
Ecommerce or marketplace industry background (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and similar).
-
Experience partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship experiments.
-
A strong point of view on how AI is changing organic discovery, backed by real examples.
What Is the Hiring Process?
-
Initial phone interview with a Pattern talent partner
-
Video interview with the hiring manager
-
Interviews with cross functional team members and key stakeholders
-
Work sample review
-
Background check
-
Executive review

We Are Looking for Individuals Who Are
-
Game Changers. Someone who looks at problems with an open mind, shares new ideas with team members, regularly reassesses existing plans, attaches a realistic timeline to goals, and actively pursues improvements to Pattern's processes and outcomes.
-
Data Fanatics. Someone who wants growth and conversion decisions grounded in evidence, not just instinct, and tracks the effects of those decisions using data.
-
Partner Obsessed. Someone who builds experiences with our customers and their success in mind, clearly explains the status of projects to partners, and delivers results that exceed expectations.
-
Team of Doers. Someone who would rather ship great work than admire a deck about it, uplifts team members, and holds themselves accountable to the team as well as to partners.
