How you will make an impact

Insurify is hiring a Manager of Media Operations and Data Partnerships to build the operational engine behind our growing media and data business. This person will work alongside Media Sales and Data Partnerships leadership to turn sold programs and approved partnerships into successfully launched, repeatable revenue.

This is a hands-on role for an operator who can coordinate campaign execution, drive audience and platform implementations, and create structure across complex workstreams. The commercial team will retain ownership of advertiser relationships, pricing, negotiations, renewals, and new-business development.

Media Operations
·    Turn signed agreements into actionable implementation plans with clear requirements, milestones, dependencies, and owners.
·    Coordinate campaign launch and delivery across on-site display, email, direct mail, paid social, programmatic media, audience activation, and data licensing.
·    Monitor launch readiness, campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting; identify risks early and coordinate resolution across internal teams.

Data Partnerships
·    Own the cross-functional implementation of audience onboarding and distribution across LiveRamp, DSPs, SSPs, data marketplaces, and other platforms.
·    Manage audience taxonomy, segment setup, data delivery, refresh schedules, match-rate analysis, activation readiness, and operational troubleshooting.
·    Support the evaluation of new data, identity, measurement, and programmatic partners by assessing advertiser demand, technical requirements, implementation effort, and operational fit.

Process and Scale
·    Build standardized workflows, documentation, dashboards, service levels, and quality-control processes for media campaigns and data partnerships.
·    Lead cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Finance, keeping decisions, dependencies, and ownership clear.
·    Translate operational learnings and partner requirements into recommendations for Insurify's media products and technical roadmap.

This role will report to the leader of Media Sales and Data Partnerships and work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Insurify's core insurance marketplace.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Who you are

•   6 or more years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, programmatic media, platform operations, or a related field.
•   Hands-on experience managing digital campaign execution or audience activation from planning through launch and reporting.
•   Working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, identity platforms, data marketplaces, and audience onboarding.
•   Experience working with first-party audiences, data onboarding, data licensing, or identity-based activation.
•   A self starter with strong project management skills and experience driving complex initiatives across commercial, technical, legal, and operational teams.
•   Ability to translate technical and operational requirements into clear plans and business recommendations.
•   Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
•   A track record of creating structure and scalable processes in an evolving business.

Preferred Qualifications

•   Experience at a commerce media network, publisher, digital marketplace, ad-tech company, agency, DSP, SSP, data platform, or identity provider.
•   Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Meta, or comparable platforms.
•   Experience with PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, audience extension, curated media, or data marketplace offerings.
•   Working knowledge of advertising privacy, consent, data governance, and secure data transfers.
•   Experience in insurance, financial services, automotive, or another regulated industry.
