[What you will be working on]

Strategic Marketing & Communications

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Translate business objectives into audience-centric campaigns and communication strategies.
• Shape key messages, storytelling frameworks, and campaign narratives across multiple touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging.

Content Development & Storytelling

• Produce quality written content including campaign copy, EDMs, articles, media materials, website content, social media posts, and stakeholder communications.
• Adapt content for different audience segments and communication channels.
• Maintain editorial quality, accuracy, and brand compliance across all communications materials.

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimisation

• Plan and execute data-led digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, search, email, and paid media channels.
• Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Work with agencies and vendors on SEO, SEM, paid social, and digital advertising initiatives.

Campaigns & On-Ground Activations

• Lead the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, media and on-ground channels.
• Conceptualise and manage experiential marketing initiatives
• Work closely with event agencies, venue partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of activations.
• Develop activation concepts and engagement strategies that drive participation, awareness, advocacy and conversion.
• Measure the effectiveness of activations and events and recommend improvements based on insights.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Partner with internal teams to understand communication needs and provide strategic counsel.
• Manage relationships with creative, media, digital, and production agencies.
• Collaborate with external partners to maximise campaign reach and impact.

Brand Governance

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and communications standards.
• Support brand-building initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Contribute to the development of marketing toolkits, communication resources, and brand assets.

[What we are looking for]

Public Sector & Governance

• Familiarity with public sector governance, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures, including quotation and tender processes, vendor evaluation, contract management, and budget administration would be beneficial.
• Understanding of public accountability requirements and stewardship of resources.

Strong Writing & Storytelling

• Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling, and audience-centric communications.
• Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
