- Build and evolve AI-enabled audit workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale compliance operations to meet public company requirements
- Manage and develop team members, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Months 1–2: Onboard into active audit cycles, take ownership of SOC1/SOC2 deliverables, and establish relationships with key cross-functional partners
- Months 3–4: Lead a full cycle of IT controls testing, identify gaps in the current ITGC framework, and advance execution of established SOX readiness priorities
- Months 5–6: Deliver a progress update on IPO-readiness execution milestones and present a roadmap for AI-enabled audit process improvements to leadership
- Successful completion of all three external audits (financial statement, SOC1, SOC2) with no material findings
- On-track execution of SOX/ITGC IPO-readiness milestones within first 6 months
- Measurable reduction in manual audit effort through AI and automation initiatives
- Stakeholder satisfaction scores from cross-functional partners (Engineering, Legal, Finance)
- Team development milestones met — direct reports progressing against defined growth plans
What You'll Bring to the Table
