Sobre esta vaga de Manager, GTM Enablement na Basis AI

About Basis
Basis builds real agents that do real work in the real economy. Our agents operate for hours at a time, performing end-to-end work for some of the largest accounting firms in the world.
We recently raised $100M at >$1B valuation and are racing to deploy the most advanced applied ML at production scale.
Our investors include: Khosla Ventures (Keith Rabois & Vinod Khosla), Accel (Miles Clements), Google Ventures, Nat Friedman & Daniel Gross, Adam D'Angelo, Jeff Dean, Jack Altman, Noam Brown, Kyle Vogt, Amjad Masad, Clem Delangue and many other operators/technical leaders.
"Basis is on the frontier of building production-grade, long-horizon agents. They've pushed the limits of what we thought our models could do on real-world, economically valuable, complex accounting tasks. They've been a great collaborator in helping us shape what the future of agents looks like." — Prashant Mital, Applied AI Lead, OpenAI
What you'll be doing:
We're looking for a Manager of GTM Enablement to run the programs that make Basis sellers better every week. You'll own onboarding cohorts, the content library, certifications, and the live training cadence for AEs, BDRs, and partner-facing teams.
This is a builder's job. You'll write the playbooks, run the sessions, review real calls, and work directly with reps. You'll report to our Head of GTM AI Ops and partner with sales managers, marketing, product, and RevOps.
Run onboarding and ramp: Own new-hire cohorts end to end: curriculum, live sessions, mock discovery calls, certification. Get reps to a real customer conversation fast.
Build the content system: Create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and the library reps reach for before calls.
Train on live skills: Run recurring sessions on discovery, demos, objection handling, and new product releases. Practice-based, not slide-based.
Coach on real calls: Review calls in Gong, score them against our standards, and turn patterns into targeted coaching for reps and managers.
Certify readiness: Build the checks a manager uses to call a rep ready: product knowledge, discovery quality, demo bar.
Keep content current: Partner with product and marketing so every launch ships with field-ready messaging, not a doc nobody reads.
Measure what works: Track ramp time, certification pass rates, and program impact on win rates. Fix or cut what isn't landing.
Location: NYC, Flatiron office. In person, five days per week.
What you'll bring:
4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying role at a B2B software company.
Programs you built and ran yourself: onboarding, certifications, playbooks, live training.
Strong facilitation. You're credible in front of a room of sellers because you've carried a bag or earned their respect another way.
Messaging instincts: you turn a technical product into a story a rep can tell.
Fluency with the modern stack: CRM, Gong or a similar tool, enablement platforms, and AI tools for content and coaching.
What we'd love to see:
Enablement for accounting or finance buyers, or time selling into the office of the CFO.
Early-stage experience building programs from nothing.
Working knowledge of a sales methodology: MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger.
Experience training partner or channel teams alongside direct reps.
What success looks like in this role:
Reps who ramp fast: New hires pass certification on schedule and hold their own on customer calls.
Content that gets used: Reps pull your materials before calls because they work.
Training that sticks: The skills you teach show up in call recordings and deal reviews.
A floor, not a ceiling: Every rep clears the bar, and managers spend coaching time on deals, not basics.
