The Enterprise Initiatives team is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional programs that accelerate growth, improve operational execution, and drive consistency across all brands. The Manager of Enterprise Initiatives serves as a strategic project leader, partnering with corporate NSC functions and field leadership to successfully design, implement, and scale key business initiatives. This role plays a critical part in translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption, measurable results, and sustainable impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-directed, and leverages data and operational insights to influence decisions and drive outcomes.  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of enterprise-wide growth, operational, and strategic initiatives across multiple brands 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive successful outcomes 

• Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and achieve intended business results 

• Serve as a key liaison between corporate stakeholders and field leaders, gathering feedback, managing change, and ensuring adoption of new programs and processes 

• Monitor initiative performance, proactively identify risks or barriers, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and achieve organizational goals 

Qualifications: 

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives in a multi-site environment 

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience required, with a strong understanding of center operations, enrollment drivers, and field leadership dynamics 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and drive results with minimal oversight 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support business decisions 

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing leaders across all levels of an organization 

• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic planning, execution, and operational partnership
