What You’ll Be Part Of

品牌核心增长岗，主攻淘系、抖音、视频号、快手等内容渠道达人直播带货，兼顾短视频种草，统筹达播全链路营销，对渠道GMV、ROI、品牌声量双指标负责.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• 达播渠道营销策略规划（营销核心模块）：结合品牌产品定位、目标人群、月度营销预算，制定抖音/小红书/视频号/快手达播方案，拆分头部、腰部、垂类KOC分层投放配比，制定月度投放策略、预算分配与大促/新品专项营销方案，对渠道GMV、ROI负责。

• 达人资源开发、筛选与分层运营：挖掘匹配品牌调性带货主播、垂类达人，覆盖短视频种草+直播达播双类型；搭建品牌自有达人资源库，完成达人分级管理。

• 达播商务全流程落地执行：
  • 独立对接达人商务谈判，敲定坑位费/佣金/专场合作等合作条款，统筹达播全流程落地：撰写直播Brief、对接样品寄送、沟通直播脚本、跟进开播前链接上架、直播现场配合、处理直播突发问题（价盘、库存、达人舆情）。
  • 统筹达人短视频种草内容协同，实现“短视频蓄水+直播转化”一体化营销，打通内容种草到直播间成交链路。

• 数据复盘与营销效果优化：实时监控每场达人直播数据：曝光、观看、互动、GMV、转化率、客单价、ROI、退货率，输出达播渠道营销复盘报告，优化达人筛选标准、佣金政策、直播内容、投放预算分配，持续提升整体渠道投产比。

• 跨部门协同：联动产品、经销商电商运营团队，同步达播活动需求、直播素材、库存备货、售后规则，保障达播活动顺畅落地；配合品牌整体品宣节点，完成达人整合营销项目。

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• 本科学历，2-3年品牌方/MCN达播商务、达人投放、直播实操经验，优先有抖音等新兴渠道直播带货实操经验，了解传统电商平台的运作模式，熟悉新兴社交电商及内容电商的运营特点与生态模式
• 营销思维突出，不只是单纯拓展达人矩阵，具备渠道营销策划、预算分配、增长优化思维，能站品牌营销视角做投放规划
• 性格开朗、思路清晰、责任心强，愿意接受新鲜事物，学习能力和创新能力出色

• 具备良好的职业道德及团队协作精神，对公司及客户资料信息进行保密
• 具备较强的沟通能力及商务谈判能力，善于博弈及争取合作资源
• 积极热情、敬业爱岗、心理素质佳、较强的抗压能力
