Division Specific Information:

This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Miami, OK location.

How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Manager, Distribution, you will lead site distribution and material movement operations with accountability for safety, customer delivery, operational performance, talent development, and continuous improvement. You will develop and execute strategies that ensure materials are accurately positioned to support manufacturing schedules and customer commitments while improving service, efficiency, and flow across the Logan campus. Through cross-functional partnership, strong business acumen, and effective leadership, you will develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and support the long-term growth objectives of the business.

Day in the Life:

• Lead site distribution and material movement operations with accountability for safety, service, delivery, staffing, operational performance, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with site and divisional objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop distribution leaders and team members, establishing clear performance expectations, strengthening leadership capabilities, assessing training needs, supporting cross-training and career development, and building succession pipelines.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies, operating plans, and priorities that support manufacturing schedules, customer requirements, site objectives, and long-term business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), applicable regulatory requirements, company operating procedures, and policies; lead incident and accident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
• Own distribution operational performance, including material flow, labor utilization, staffing, capacity, service levels, productivity, and resource allocation; establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive timely, data-based decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, Lean, and related methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, service, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate material movements, replenishment, and disbursement activities across the Logan campus, ensuring materials are accurately positioned and delivered in alignment with production schedules and business priorities.
• Serve as the distribution leader for customer and operational escalations, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, EHS, and site leadership to resolve complex issues and achieve customer and company objectives.
• Establish effective operating rhythms, including Tier meetings, floor presence, performance reviews, and routine communication, to maintain visibility to safety, service, staffing, constraints, priorities, and required follow-up.
• Lead with a positive and resilient mindset that promotes transparency, collaboration, accountability, and engagement while guiding teams through change and sharing operational best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience (combination of 12 years). Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• 4 years of leadership experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Demonstrated organizational and people leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders and teams, manage performance, build succession pipelines, and lead through organizational change.
• Strong business and operational acumen with the ability to develop operating plans, evaluate priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, and translate strategic objectives into distribution results.
• Strong distribution, logistics, and material flow knowledge with the ability to coordinate complex material movements, replenishment, service requirements, and competing manufacturing priorities.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement expertise with a consistent record of applying PPI, Lean, 5S, or related methodologies to improve operational performance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and interpret operational metrics, investigate incidents and service issues, identify trends, and drive data-based decisions and corrective actions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage employees, cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and customers.
• Strong customer and cross-functional relationship management skills with the ability to resolve complex service and operational challenges and drive alignment across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, EHS, and site leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicable inventory, warehouse, material management, and business systems used to manage distribution operations and analyze performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and provide off-shift support as business needs require.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards.
• This is a fully on-site role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment and provide flexible or off-shift support as business needs require.
• Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required based on the work area and applicable safety requirements.
• Ability to safely perform work in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing areas while maintaining required safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform additional site access and physical activities required to support floor presence, operational walk-arounds, and distribution activities.
