As a Deals Advisory - M&A Ops Manager you will lead work across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and post-deal integration activities, helping clients navigate transaction complexity and maximize value from business deals within our Deals practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, manage performance, and bring a measured leadership style to client work, using business insight, technology, and sound judgment to guide delivery and coach junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee transaction workstreams, conduct financial analysis and valuation support, identify integration priorities, and help develop strategies that support post-merger execution for clients in the Industrial Products & Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Leading merger integration and value creation workstreams across client engagements
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines for transaction-related initiatives
- Analyzing deal structures, acquisition strategy, and post-merger integration activities to identify value creation opportunities
- Developing financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation support for transaction decisions
- Reviewing financial statements, market data, and industry trends to inform commercial diligence findings
- Guiding teams through complex work by coaching, reviewing deliverables, and strengthening technical skills
- Coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams to address issues, risks, and workstream dependencies
- Applying transaction-focused tools and research methods to support due diligence, business plan evaluation, and strategic recommendations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating M&A operations experience within industrial products settings
- Leading client workstreams through planning, budgeting, and delivery
