To provide leadership with ongoing visibility into Omnichannel performance across all logos. The Manager, Omnichannel Analytics accomplishes this by utilizing their database, eCommerce, and digital marketing experience to pull actionable insight out of disparate datasets providing analysis to both what and why it is happening and what we can do about it in order to have a material impact on eCommerce sales and the business at large.Advanced Analytics Projects (30%): Lead advanced analysis projects from initial scoping through delivery to the business, guiding cross-functional collaboration across business users and subject matter experts, and present actionable findings and next steps to stakeholders.

Operationalizing Insights & Capabilities (30%): Generate and manage strategic roadmaps and measurement maturity plans, creating solutions designed to enable the business to ‘self-serve’ through interactive insights tools (such as Tableau).

Innovation Projects (20%): Support a wide range of innovation projects designed to future-proof the business. Examples may include, bringing out-sourced capabilities in-house, onboarding a new analytics solution, testing new Marketing Orchestration tooling, preparing for a Cookieless world, etc.

Ongoing Executive Stakeholder Delivery (10%): Package up critical performance updates to senior executive business stakeholders on a recurring basis, provide monthly/quarterly snapshots regarding customer trends and delivery impact.

Analytics Evangelist and Coaching (10%): Socialize our work-products and present on our capabilities in business-unit breakout sessions to educate the extended team. Identify coaching opportunities for our DAT team members.
