Project Governance & Delivery

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance standards, and project management best practices.
• Drive project execution by monitoring timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees, and leadership reporting forums.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives.

Planning, Reporting & Analytics

• Develop project plans, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Track project performance against KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through data analysis.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility across multiple initiatives.

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Escalate critical issues and facilitate resolution.

Resource & Financial Management

• Support workforce planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Track project benefits realization and business outcomes.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources and project investments.

Continuous Improvement

• Standardize PMO processes, templates, and governance artifacts.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Implement automation opportunities and reporting efficiencies.
• Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across programs.

What You Will Need

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Consulting.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven track record in governance, reporting, and delivery management.

Technical Skills

• Project planning and scheduling.
• Risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Budgeting and financial tracking.
• Executive dashboard and MIS reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Leadership Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation, transition, or strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to portfolio management and enterprise PMO functions.
