We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Manager, Food Fair Grand Anse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, develop, implement and monitor strategies to ensure maximum sales, profitability and return on investment.     
• Produce acceptable departmental profits each business year
• Maintain adequate stock of goods without over or under stocking problems whilst maximizing sales.
• Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed with the correct number of   trained and dependable staff.
• Review performance and Employee Development plans for the department on an annual basis.
• Ensure adequate custody and security of inventory  
• Responsible for the safe custody of monies collected in the Department  
•  Ensure effective maintenance of the Grand Anse Shopping Centre.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ sales experience at a supervisory level in Supermarket operations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Excellent leadership & Management skills
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. 
• Customer oriented with a good working knowledge of supermarket operations
• Strong analytical, computer and numerical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

LICENSES:

• A valid driver’s license
