As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer - Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to drive continuous improvement. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and uphold professional standards while articulating our purpose and values. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate requirements into practical AI solutions. Your work will involve designing and building solutions using Microsoft Copilot and integrating them with applications through APIs and connectors. You will support deployment, documentation, and user adoption, while adhering to security and responsible AI standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to impactful projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Cowork
- Managing delivery teams and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement
- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into structured use cases and solution designs
- Configuring agents, prompts, knowledge sources, actions, workflows, and integrations using APIs and connectors
- Extending solutions with targeted custom code and systematically testing and troubleshooting end-to-end functionality
- Collaborating with business, data, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Supporting deployment, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards
- Utilizing financial services domain knowledge to enhance solution development and stakeholder engagement
- Promoting business process automation and operational excellence through strategic planning and execution
- Facilitating stakeholder management and relationship building to drive project delivery and service excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Demonstrating hands-on skills with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Possessing prior experience in banking or financial services
- Holding relevant Microsoft certifications in Copilot or Azure AI
- Integrating AI solutions using APIs and custom connectors
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance
- Configuring low-code solutions and custom code extensions
- Utilizing Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
