As a Managed Service - Fund Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality controls, as well as resolving escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Managed Services team, which focuses on a variety of outsourced solutions to support clients across numerous functions. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering services that meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize business processes and enhance service delivery
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate reporting
- Managing service levels and performance metrics to meet client expectations
- Developing process documentation to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
