REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

Escolaridad: Conocimientos técnicos en electricidad, soldadura y/o mecánica

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en mantenimiento industrial y/o montaje

Conocimientos técnicos

• Mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de equipos industriales; bombas centrífugas, compresores y sistemas de lubricación

• Soldadura básica, ajuste mecánico e instrumentos de medición (calibrador, micrómetro, reloj comparador)

• Normas de seguridad industrial: LOTO, trabajos en altura y espacios confinados

Idioma: inglés básico para interpretación de manuales técnicos

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Ejecución de mantenimiento: Realizar actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y por condición en equipos e instalaciones de planta, garantizando su óptimo funcionamiento, seguridad y disponibilidad.

• Diagnóstico y solución de fallas: Identificar y resolver fallas mecánicas mediante análisis básico, uso de instrumentos de medición y herramientas manuales, asegurando la continuidad de la operación.

• Seguridad y cumplimiento: Aplicar normas de seguridad industrial (LOTO, trabajos en altura, espacios confinados) y reportar cualquier acto inseguro o desviación a los procedimientos establecidos.

• Mejora continua y trabajo en equipo: Colaborar con Producción, Calidad y Seguridad para el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento, con enfoque en confiabilidad de equipos y mejora continua del área.
