A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- You will perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- You will support equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns as needed to meet production schedules.
- You will follow food safety, quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements at all times.
- You will document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to the Maintenance Team Leader and operations partners.
- You will participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
