ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and Equipment Maintenance and Optimization: Lead the technical group in programming and developing the maintenance program, including troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment. Define and participate in improving performance measures for the entire process. Lead efforts for process improvement, equipment optimization, waste elimination (reduction of downtime), and develop Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measures for critical processes and systems.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute new equipment installations or existing equipment movements with other groups within the business group. Assist project team members and subordinates with work and priorities, including new process development, implementation projects, business case development plans, and customer problem-solving. Identify, prioritize, and communicate performance progress and problems to project team members, subordinates, supervisors, customers, and suppliers.
- Equipment, Facility Services, and Utilities: Lead facilities groups from the location to maintain and optimize existing equipment related to facility services, furniture, and utilities. Seek new technologies to implement energy savings and environmentally friendly activities. Investigate, propose, and implement new technologies, policies, or systems to improve performance and work conditions. . Perform and coordinate design reviews of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural documents, providing timely feedback to team members. Ensure compliance with permits for global or local projects
- People Management and Development: Train, coach, and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance objectives, especially when performance issues arise. Apply the company performance appraisal program. Select, develop, and evaluate the maintenance team. Ensure SMART goals align with departmental goals. Identify future leaders and provide mentoring for career development. Responsible for talent review and succession planning.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support (knowledge and workmanship) to the business groups.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree Electrical, Mechanical, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations required. (or local country equivalent education)
- 5-7 years Job family related Required
- 2-4 years People management as part of overall experience Required

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure the impact of job family programs.
- Customer Service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer (both internal and external). Anticipates and provides solutions and alternatives to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
