Schedule: Work a job that fits your lifestyle - enjoy a 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 night shift schedule with three day weekends every other weekend! With this schedule, you work half the month, which means half the year!

Our starting pay is based on experience, beginning at $23.48/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
As a Machine Assistant, you'll be making many types of food packaging! This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision components.
Your responsibilities include:
Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities
Read and comprehend production order specification and requirements of scheduled customer orders
Complete all required paperwork
Perform quality assurance checks and flag any defective material
Input accurate data into our computer systems and use Word, Excel, and Outlook
Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule, and be an active participant in all initiatives
Cross train in departments and on machines as needed

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Physical Requirements
Work 12 hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting
Lift up to 50lbs and occasionally 100lbs
Perform visual inspections using measurement devices and identifying and distinguishing colors
