We’re looking for a M365 Customer Experience Manager to join us at Telia.

I’m Renatas Katinas, Head of Team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on designing and managing customer ICT solutions from initial needs assessment through coordination, implementation, and successful delivery.

What you’ll do:

You will help customers turn Microsoft 365 capabilities into practical improvements in productivity, security, and employee experience.

• Deliver Microsoft 365 capability reviews, best-practice presentations, webinars, and hands-on workshops
• Advise customers on Microsoft Secure Score and help prioritize security improvements across MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, and Defender
• Consult customers on everyday Microsoft 365 usage, administration, licensing, and service management questions
• Contribute to Microsoft campaigns, customer events, and initiatives focused on adopting new technologies

What will help you thrive in this role:

You communicate confidently, understand customer needs, and can explain technical topics clearly while connecting them to measurable business value.

• Experience in customer consulting, technology adoption, training delivery, workshops, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with a practical understanding of Defender, Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Ability to lead presentations and workshops, translate technical capabilities into business value, and coordinate with technical, sales, and project teams
• Fluency in Lithuanian and a professional working proficiency in English
• Preferred qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, or SC-900

Monthly salary range for this position – 3000 – 5000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
