[What you will be working on]

As part of the team, you will help to communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives in a clear and accessible way to strengthen public understanding of LTA's work and deepen our engagement with the community.

A key focus of this role will be supporting the expansion of the Friends of Land Transport programme. We are looking for a motivated individual to help shape and kickstart the development of a membership management portal by researching user needs, exploring AI-enabled solutions, and translating ideas into practical requirements.

You will also contribute to supporting events, content development, corporate branding and other communications and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Platform for Friends of Land Transport Programme

• Research, propose and help kickstart the development of a membership management portal.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to support membership management and engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of Friends of LTA engagement sessions, workshops and events.

Drive Communications and Outreach

• Develop content for publications and internal communications.
• Support corporate branding and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Assist with communications, marketing and outreach projects.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Applied AI & Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in communications, marketing, digital projects or AI-related work would be an advantage.

• Analytical, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Comfortable exploring AI and digital tools to improve processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Curious, creative and willing to learn
