Für unseren Bereich in Mannheim suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Loss Prevention Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit 40 Std. pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Sicherheit von Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Waren in deiner Region
Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Loss-Prevention-Teams
Entwicklung und Umsetzung präventiver Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Kriminalität und Inventurverlusten
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards und Prozessen zur Verlustvermeidung und Mitarbeitersicherheit
Analyse von Daten und Statistiken zur Erkennung von Risiken und Trends sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Zusammenarbeit mit Business Partnern zur Prozessoptimierung und Aufklärung von Diebstählen und Straftaten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Bereich (Einzelhandel, Sicherheit, Logistik, Prozess-/Projektmanagement)
Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung deiner Leadership-Skills
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur Deeskalation in kritischen Situationen
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und lösungsorientierte „Hands-on“-Mentalität
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise ergänzt durch Englischkenntnisse sowie regionale Reisebereitschaft
