We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Victorian Transport team based in Noble Park. You will play a key role in coordinating transport resources and ensuring customer deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time. The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day transport operation and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to our transport operations including:
- Coordinating daily transport schedules and journey plans
- Managing customer delivery requirements and operational priorities
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, transport providers and subcontractors to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Maintaining accurate transport, scheduling and compliance records
- Monitoring and analysing transport performance
- Maintaining subcontractor records and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the transport function
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organised and building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You can confidently manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and take pride in delivering a high level of customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, scheduling or a similar operational support role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
