Job Description

As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will coordinate payment activities across Logistics, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. You will support logistics payment controls, reporting, compliance activities, and the resolution of invoice discrepancies while contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement projects. Additionally, you will support a project over the next 12-16 months to provide broader exposure to the LATAM/NATM team.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate payment activities between Logistics, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain controls and reporting related to logistics payments, invoice status, supplier performance, and financial compliance metrics.
• Monitor logistics expenses and support accrual processes to ensure costs are recorded in the appropriate accounting period.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing disputes, rate deviations, duplicate charges, and posting errors.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation, while supporting audits and compliance reviews.

The Essentials – You Will Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

• Experience with Accounts Payable processes, including accruals, accounting principles, and financial controls.
• Experience with the OneSource Global Trade (OSGT) platform.
• Experience working with freight audit providers, supporting logistics payment controls and reporting activities and experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of freight cost structures, spot quotes, rate cards, warehousing charges, and customs brokerage fees.
• Knowledge of Brazilian transportation and tax requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP.
