You will ensure HR practice in line with business strategy and HR strategy; Coordinate business to improve the capability of organization and personnel, support business to achieve the target.
How you’ll make an impact
1.You will act as location HR partner to business units and leaders by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice.
2.You will actively involve and support business manager to continuously improve and develop positive/ cooperative working environment and effective organization.
3.You will foster high performance culture by effective managing performance management system and continuously improving the quality of performance management process.
4.You will develop organization competency to support short term, mid-term and long -erm business objectives.
5.You will build up talent pipeline through systematic talent identity, assessment, development.
6.You will retain and develop key position holders and key talents with support of business managers.
7.You will be involved in Manpower planning and monitor effective recruitment to attract good talents of all levels to fulfill manpower needs.
8.You will guide, coach department heads improve people management skill, take proactive initiative to avoid labor employment risk and employee relation issue. Provide support for employee relation issues.
9. You will interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures and control throughout the company.
10. You will support organizational optimization and HR policy implementation.
11.You will conduct productivity simulation and workforce planning, draft the PEX budget, and monitor its execution.
12.You will be responsible for the incentive bonus, including target setting, implementation, and follow-up.
13.You will recognize and implement recognition plans.
14.You will support the business with the annual salary review.

16. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.A Bachelor’s/master’s Degree and in Human Resources or related field required.
2.>8 years of experiences in relevant field.
3.Proficient with Microsoft Office and good at data analysis.
4.Capable of influencing plant/business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
5.Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization.
6.Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
7.Results oriented mindset with ability to prioritize and complete projects.
8.Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others.
9.Must be professional and customer focused.
10.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
