Summary:
As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine and adapt them for specific applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments.
- Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Document methodologies and processes to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
- Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and techniques for language models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
