The company builds software that defends businesses against high volumes of individual litigation, gathering evidence, detecting fraud, supporting strategy development, and helping to generate responses, reducing the cost of litigation. Now building its U.S. presence, the company is making this first U.S. legal hire a foundational one.

As Litigation Strategist, you'll bring U.S. litigation expertise into the core of the company’s product work. You'll have relevant client exposure, helping in-house legal teams unlock the full potential of the platform while ensuring the technology reflects how litigation actually works in practice.

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a top-3 worldwide AI legal tech company, build a U.S. legal function from scratch, work directly with the founders, and have an outsized, visible impact from day one. Compensation will be competitive and tailored to the individual, with a base of $225,000 to $300,000, plus a meaningful equity stake; total compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
