We build, launch, and optimize campaigns within our MarTech platforms, partnering closely with Marketing Strategy, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions. Our team ensures efficient, high-quality delivery while maintaining strong standards for audience health, reporting, and operational rigor.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Campaign Operations Specialist to define and evolve execution standards across Zillow’s owned channels. This role serves as a subject matter expert in template systems, QA governance, and launch protocols, driving scalable operational excellence.

You will lead complex campaign launches, establish best practices, and ensure predictable, high-quality execution across channels.

• Lead execution of complex, cross-channel campaign launches.

• Build and evolve modular template systems, execution frameworks, and QA automation standards to improve scalability and reliability.

• Design reusable, component-based template architectures that reduce build time and enable dynamic personalization at scale.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for execution quality issues and launch risk mitigation.

• Partner with Marketing Technology and Engineering to implement new execution capabilities.

• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual configuration and increase deployment predictability.

• Identify systemic process gaps and lead initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and launch predictability.

• Drive initiatives that reduce campaign build time through standardized templates and modular frameworks.

• Mentor junior team members and elevate execution standards across the team.

This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Zillow has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation subject to applicable laws and relevant Zillow policies. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• Experienced marketing operations leader with deep hands-on expertise executing and optimizing campaigns within enterprise marketing automation and CDP platforms such as HubSpot, Hightouch, Braze, SparkPost, or comparable tools.

• Strong systems thinker who understands how templates, QA standards, and governance frameworks scale across platforms and channels.

• Comfortable defining and evolving execution standards across marketing automation and CDP ecosystems.

• Analytical and proactive in identifying systemic gaps and driving operational improvements.

• Confident advising stakeholders on feasibility, risk, and scalable execution approaches within complex MarTech environments.

• Trusted cross-functional partner who can influence execution strategy while balancing speed and quality.

• Mentor and resource for junior team members, elevating execution excellence across the team.
   

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign execution.

• Strong HTML/CSS skills with the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and implement dynamic content logic.

• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Braze, HubSpot, SparkPost, or similar tools preferred.

• Strong understanding of QA governance and scalable execution frameworks.

• SQL strongly preferred; ability to query and validate audience and campaign data independently.
