Location: Utah
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a remote position supporting clients through virtual therapy. You’ll help clients process life stressors, improve coping skills, address mental health symptoms, and follow a treatment plan that supports steady clinical progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services using a secure telehealth system
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide support for behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
• Refer clients to additional resources when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Utah LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal clinical standards
• Comfortable managing records through an EHR system
