Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Idaho
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services to clients through a fully remote platform. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. This role is designed for clinicians who value autonomy, predictable hours, and the ability to serve clients across Idaho without commuting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy sessions using telehealth tools
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and licensing standards at all times

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of Idaho
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings
• Familiarity with virtual care delivery
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
