Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Role

We’re hiring a North Carolina-licensed LCSW for a remote therapy position. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule and work with clients through secure video appointments.

The caseload may include people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship problems, and significant changes in their lives. You’ll have room to use your own clinical judgment while managing your appointments and the follow-up that comes with ongoing care.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions
• Complete initial evaluations and review relevant client history
• Discuss treatment goals and determine the appropriate direction of care
• Use therapeutic methods suited to the client and your clinical training
• Keep case notes and treatment records current
• Revisit treatment when a client’s needs change
• Follow established procedures when safety concerns arise

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
• Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
